Chocolate Air Fried Oats

Ingredients

  • 0.75 dl oats 32 g
  • 0.5 dl milk 50 g
  • 2 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt
  • tbsp chocolate chopped

Instructions

  • Into a blender add oats, milk, yoghurt, baking powder, cacao powder, maple syrup and salt, and blend until smooth.
  • Add some chopped chocolate and give it a stir.
  • Pour the batter into a ramekin and air fry at 170 C/338F for about 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you do not own an air fryer, you can bake it in the oven at 180C/355 for about 25 minutes and get the same result!
