Matcha Overnight Oats with White Chocolate

Ingredients

Matcha Overnight Oats

  • 0.5 dl oats
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
  • 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp matcha powder

Matcha Sauce

  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp matcha powder

Topping

  • white chocolate chopped

Instructions

  • THE NIGHT BEFORE!
    In a bowl, combine oats, water, chia seeds, yoghurt, maple syrup and matcha powder. Let thicken in the fridge overnight, or at least 8 hours.
  • In the morning, make the matcha sauce by mixing together milk, maple syrup and matcha powder very well. I used a milk frother to mix.
  • Transfer your overnight oats to a new bowl (optional, but it makes it prettier), pour on the matcha sauce and finish off with some chopped white chocolate.
  • Enjoy!
