THE NIGHT BEFORE!In a bowl, combine oats, water, chia seeds, yoghurt, maple syrup and matcha powder. Let thicken in the fridge overnight, or at least 8 hours.
In the morning, make the matcha sauce by mixing together milk, maple syrup and matcha powder very well. I used a milk frother to mix.
Transfer your overnight oats to a new bowl (optional, but it makes it prettier), pour on the matcha sauce and finish off with some chopped white chocolate.
