White Chocolate Overnight Oats with Raspberries and Frothed Milk

Ingredients

Overnight Oats

  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.5 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • mashed raspberries frozen och fresh
  • maple syrup
  • frothed milk

Instructions

  • The night before, combine oats, chia seeds, water, white chocolate, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl. Let thicken overnight.
  • Good morning! The oats should now be super thick!
  • Prepare the topping by mashing raspberries and frothing milk.
  • Transfer the overnight oats to a new bowl and garnish with the mashed raspberries, some maple syrup for extra sweetness and the fluffy frothed milk.
