The night before, combine oats, chia seeds, water or milk and maple syrup in a bowl. Let thicken in the fridge overnight or at least 8 hours.
In the morning, prepare the cream cheese sauce by whisking together cream cheese, milk and maple syrup.
Give the overnight oats a stir and transfer to a new bowl. Pour the cream cheese sauce on top and finish off with some blueberries and crushed digestive.
