Blend together oats, milk, yoghurt, baking powder, vanilla sugar, maple syrup and freeze dried raspberries until smooth.
Add some chopped white chocolate and give it a stir.
Transfer the batter to a ramekin and top with some more chopped white chocolate. (I also topped with some freeze dried raspberries, but I recommend NOT doing so, because they kind of burn in the air fryer)
Air fry at 170C/338F for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the pink sauce by mixing together cream cheese, milk, maple syrup and finely crushed freeze dried raspberries.
Pour the sauce over the air fried oats and enjoy!!
