Ingredients

Blueberries

  • 4 dl blueberries
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp potato flour

Crumble

  • 75 g unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 dl oats
  • 0.75 dl all purpose flour
  • 1 dl granulated sugar
  • 0.25 dl light syrup
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175 C.
  • In a bowl, add blueberries, granulated sugar and potato flour and carefully mix making sure all the blueberries are coated.

  • In a bowl, melt butter. Then add oats, flour, granulated sugar, light syrup, baking powder and milk and combine everything using a spoon.
    75 g unsalted butter, 1.5 dl oats, 0.75 dl all purpose flour, 1 dl granulated sugar, 0.25 dl light syrup, 0.25 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp milk
  • In an oven proof form, place the blueberries on the bottom, then cover the blueberries with the crumble.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 min, then raise the temperature to 200 C and bake for another 5 to 10 min or until the crumble looks crispy. Be careful to not burn the crumble.
  • Let cool for 15 min before serving.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream!
