Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 dl oats
  • 1 dl puffed rice
  • 0.5 dl chopped nuts
  • 0.5 dl chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • a few pinches of salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 75 g honey
  • 60 g creamy peanut butter
  • 25 g coconut oil melted
  • 2 ml vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to  165°C.
  • Line a 12 x 20 cm ovenproof form with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Oats, puffed rice, chopped nuts, chopped dark chocolate, chia seeds and a few pinches of salt.

  • In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients until smooth. Honey, creamy peanut butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
    75 g honey, 60 g creamy peanut butter, 25 g coconut oil, 2 ml vanilla extract
  • Combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Scoop the mixture into the ovenproof form and firmly press the mixture flat into an even layer. It should be about 2 – 2.5 cm thick.
  • Bake for 25 min.
  • Take out from oven and let cool to room temperature, then place them in the fridge for 30 min.
  • When the granola bars are completely cooled down, slice them into 8 bars and enjoy!
