Ingredients

  • 1 can corn 165 g corn
  • 1 ml corn starch
  • 1 dl milk
  • chicken bouillon to taste
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Pour the corn and the corn liquid into a blender and blend until super smooth.
  • Transfer the corn paste to a small saucepan along with corn starch. Heat to medium heat and cook for 2-4 min while stirring consistently.
  • Add the milk and stir and let come to a simmer. Simmer for 5 min.
  • Season with chicken bouillon, salt and black pepper.
  • Optional: If you want the soup to be super smooth, pour the soup through a strainer and use a spoon to squeeze out the liquid.
  • Serve with some bread and enjoy!
  • Optional garnish: Fresh parsley and cream.
