Easy Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 1 can corn 165 g corn
- 1 ml corn starch
- 1 dl milk
- chicken bouillon to taste
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pour the corn and the corn liquid into a blender and blend until super smooth.
- Transfer the corn paste to a small saucepan along with corn starch. Heat to medium heat and cook for 2-4 min while stirring consistently.
- Add the milk and stir and let come to a simmer. Simmer for 5 min.
- Season with chicken bouillon, salt and black pepper.
- Optional: If you want the soup to be super smooth, pour the soup through a strainer and use a spoon to squeeze out the liquid.
- Serve with some bread and enjoy!
- Optional garnish: Fresh parsley and cream.
