White Chocolate Overnight Oats with Raspberries and Frothed Milk
Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp white chocolate chopped
- 0.5 tbsp peanut butter
- 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- mashed raspberries frozen och fresh
- maple syrup
- frothed milk
Instructions
- The night before, combine oats, chia seeds, water, white chocolate, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl. Let thicken overnight.
- Good morning! The oats should now be super thick!
- Prepare the topping by mashing raspberries and frothing milk.
- Transfer the overnight oats to a new bowl and garnish with the mashed raspberries, some maple syrup for extra sweetness and the fluffy frothed milk. Enjoy!
