Swedish “husmanskost”. This pancakes with whipped cream and jam.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 dl flour
  • 6 dl milk
  • 3 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • butter

Instructions

  • Mix flour, milk, egg and salt into a batter.
    2.5 dl flour, 6 dl milk, 3 egg, 1 pinch of salt
  • Heat a pan over medium high heat.
  • Melt butter and add enough of the batter so that the pan is covered with a thin layer.
  • Cook until light brown on the bottom. Flip and cook until the other side has some color as well.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Eat the pancakes with whatever topping you perfer.
    My favourite is whipped cream and jam.
