Swedish Pancakes
Swedish “husmanskost”. This pancakes with whipped cream and jam.
Swedish Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2.5 dl flour
- 6 dl milk
- 3 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- butter
Instructions
- Mix flour, milk, egg and salt into a batter.2.5 dl flour, 6 dl milk, 3 egg, 1 pinch of salt
- Heat a pan over medium high heat.
- Melt butter and add enough of the batter so that the pan is covered with a thin layer.
- Cook until light brown on the bottom. Flip and cook until the other side has some color as well.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Eat the pancakes with whatever topping you perfer. My favourite is whipped cream and jam.
