Air Fryer Kale Chips
Ingredients
- Kale
- olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- Wash kale and dry very very well.
- Remove the leafy part of the kale and transfer into a bowl.
- Drizzle on some olive oil (not too much) and sprinkle some salt.
- Toss to coat the kale.
- Air fry kale 180 C for about 5 min or until crispy.
- Enjoy the crispy kale chips.
I added some kale chips in my cream cheese and smoked salmon sandwich and it was delicious!! It gave the sandwich some crispness and saltiness.
