Ingredients

  • 0.75 dl oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  • Eat it as it is, or top it with some chocolate chips, banana, nut butter and more maple syrup!
