Overnight Oats
Basic Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 0.75 dl oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 dl water
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Eat it as it is, or top it with some chocolate chips, banana, nut butter and more maple syrup!
