Ingredients

Overnight Oats

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 tbsp water or milk
  • 0.5 tbsp maple syrup

Cream Cheese Sauce

  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Digestive biscuits crushed

Instructions

  • The night before, combine oats, chia seeds, water or milk and maple syrup in a bowl. Let thicken in the fridge overnight or at least 8 hours.
  • In the morning, prepare the cream cheese sauce by whisking together cream cheese, milk and maple syrup.
  • Give the overnight oats a stir and transfer to a new bowl. Pour the cream cheese sauce on top and finish off with some blueberries and crushed digestive.
  • Enjoy!
