Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 5 tbsp water or milk
- 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
Cream Cheese Sauce
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp milk
- 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Digestive biscuits crushed
Instructions
- The night before, combine oats, chia seeds, water or milk and maple syrup in a bowl. Let thicken in the fridge overnight or at least 8 hours.
- In the morning, prepare the cream cheese sauce by whisking together cream cheese, milk and maple syrup.
- Give the overnight oats a stir and transfer to a new bowl. Pour the cream cheese sauce on top and finish off with some blueberries and crushed digestive.
