Broccoli Gratin
Ingredients
- 120 g broccoli fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 dl milk
- salt
- white pepper
- 1 dl cheese grated
- 1 tbsp panko
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 C
- Cook broccoli until tender. I used frozen broccoli to save time.
- Chop broccoli into bite size pieces and place them in an ovenproof form.
- In a saucepan, melt butter.
- Add flour and whisk fast.
- Add milk and whisk fast until the milk and flour is combined.
- Season the sauce with salt and white pepper, let it come to a simmer and thicken.
- Pour the sauce over the broccoli, then top with some grated cheese and panko.
- Bake for 10 min, then raise the temperature to 200 C and bake for another 5 – 10 min.
