Ingredients

  • 120 g broccoli fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 dl milk
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 dl cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp panko

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170 C
  • Cook broccoli until tender. I used frozen broccoli to save time.
  • Chop broccoli into bite size pieces and place them in an ovenproof form.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter.
  • Add flour and whisk fast.
  • Add milk and whisk fast until the milk and flour is combined.
  • Season the sauce with salt and white pepper, let it come to a simmer and thicken.
  • Pour the sauce over the broccoli, then top with some grated cheese and panko.
  • Bake for 10 min, then raise the temperature to 200 C and bake for another 5 – 10 min.
