Ingredients

  • vegetable bullion
  • 800 g cauliflower frozen
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • salt
  • white pepper

Instructions

  • Boil cauliflower in vegetable bullion until fork tender.
  • Drain cauliflower.
  • Place the cooked cauliflower in a hot pan for about 5 min to get the moisture out.
  • In a blender, mix cauliflower, garlic and cream cheese into a mash.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with for instance salmon and rom sauce.
