Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients
- vegetable bullion
- 800 g cauliflower frozen
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- Boil cauliflower in vegetable bullion until fork tender.
- Drain cauliflower.
- Place the cooked cauliflower in a hot pan for about 5 min to get the moisture out.
- In a blender, mix cauliflower, garlic and cream cheese into a mash.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with for instance salmon and rom sauce.
