Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 2 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
- 2 tbsp water or milk
- 0.5 tbsp cold brew coffee
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Optional Toppings
- shredded coconut
- freeze dried raspberries
- a pinch of salt
- milk
Instructions
- The night before, combine oats, cacao, yoghurt, water, cold brew coffee, maple syrup and shredded coconut in a bowl.
- Optional: Use and stand mixer and blend everything smooth if you do not like the texture of oats.
- Let sit in the refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours.
- In the morning, top it with optional toppings, for instance more shredded coconut, freeze dried raspberries, pinch of salt and some milk.
