Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp water or milk
  • 0.5 tbsp cold brew coffee
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Optional Toppings

  • shredded coconut
  • freeze dried raspberries
  • a pinch of salt
  • milk

Instructions

  • The night before, combine oats, cacao, yoghurt, water, cold brew coffee, maple syrup and shredded coconut in a bowl.
  • Optional: Use and stand mixer and blend everything smooth if you do not like the texture of oats.
  • Let sit in the refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours.
  • In the morning, top it with optional toppings, for instance more shredded coconut, freeze dried raspberries, pinch of salt and some milk.
