Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp chocolate pudding propud
  • 5 tbsp water

Toppings

  • chocolate milk
  • sliced banana
  • chopped chocolate

Instructions

  • The night before, combine oats, chia seeds, chocolate pudding and water in a bowl. Give it a good stir and let thicken in the fridge overnight (about 8 hours).
  • In the morning, give the overnight oats and stir and transfer to a new bowl.
  • Top the overnight oats with some chocolate milk, sliced bananas and chopped chocolate.
  • Enjoy!
