  • cabbage
  • hondashi
  • sesame oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Chop cabbage into bite size pieces.
  • Put the cabbage in a plastic bag and add hondashi, sesame oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Shake the bag and massage the cabbage until it is all coated.
  • Done! I served this salad with some teriyaki salmon.
