Easy Air Fryer Calzone
Ingredients
The Bread
- 0.5 dl all purpose flour
- 1 ml baking powder
- 1.5 tbsp water
The Pizza Sauce
- 6 cherry tomatoes halved
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- oregano dried
- basil dried
- garlic powder
- salt
- black pepper
Other fillings
- mozzarella
- ham
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all purpose flour and baking powder. Add water and knead into a dough. Cover the dough while making the pizza sauce.
- Halve tomatoes.Sauté tomatoes for about 4 min. Add water and let come to a simmer. Let simmer until all the water is gone, while mushing the tomatoes with a spatula. Season with oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
- Flatten the dough using a rolling pin.
- Spred out the pizza sauce on half the dough. Then some mozzarella and ham.
- Fold over one side over the other and use a fork to close the edges.
- Air fry 200 C for about 10 min or until it looks like the picture.
