Ingredients

  • 40 g milk
  • 40 g greek yoghurt or any other thick plain yoghurt
  • 30 g oats or oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ml baking powder
  • 2 ml vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • butter

Instructions

  • Using a stand mixer, mix all the ingredients (except butter) together very very very well.
  • Heat a pan over medium high heat. Once hot, lightly butter the pan.
  • Pour about 2 tbsp batter into the pan and cook for about 1.5 min or until the pancake looks dry at the edges and small bubbles appear on the top.
  • Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 min.
  • Repeat with remaining batter. Since the pancakes are small, you should be able to cook about 3 pancakes at the time.
  • Top your pancakes with desired toppings, for instance maple syrup, whipped cream, jam, fruits… and enjoy
