Easy Oat Pancakes(NO BANANA)
Ingredients
- 40 g milk
- 40 g greek yoghurt or any other thick plain yoghurt
- 30 g oats or oat flour
- 1 egg
- 2 ml baking powder
- 2 ml vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- butter
Instructions
- Using a stand mixer, mix all the ingredients (except butter) together very very very well.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Once hot, lightly butter the pan.
- Pour about 2 tbsp batter into the pan and cook for about 1.5 min or until the pancake looks dry at the edges and small bubbles appear on the top.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 min.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Since the pancakes are small, you should be able to cook about 3 pancakes at the time.
- Top your pancakes with desired toppings, for instance maple syrup, whipped cream, jam, fruits… and enjoy
