Ingredients

  • 1 dl oat flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 ml baking powder
  • 1 ml vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 C.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • On a parchment paper, flatten out the dough thinly.
  • Bake for about 8-9 min depending on the thickness.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Break into pieces, like cereal.
  • Enjoy them as they are, or with some yoghurt!
