Healthier Homemade Cereal
Ingredients
- 1 dl oat flour
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 ml baking powder
- 1 ml vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- On a parchment paper, flatten out the dough thinly.
- Bake for about 8-9 min depending on the thickness.
- Let cool completely.
- Break into pieces, like cereal.
- Enjoy them as they are, or with some yoghurt!
