Ingredients

  • 1 dl oat flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 ml baking powder
  • 1 ml vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Shape the dough into thick cookies and press a little in the middle.
  • Fill the middle with something! Jam, melted chocolate, nut butter etc!
  • Bake for about 9 min, then let cool completely!
