Healthier Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 dl oat flour
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 ml baking powder
- 1 ml vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape the dough into thick cookies and press a little in the middle.
- Fill the middle with something! Jam, melted chocolate, nut butter etc!
- Bake for about 9 min, then let cool completely!
