Healthy Oat Mug Brownie
Craving a brownie but do not feel like spending time on baking? Try this healthy oat brownie made in a mug, in the microwave.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 ml baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mug (or bowl), combine all the ingredients well.
- Microwave for 30 – 50 seconds depending on how thick and moist you want your brownie to be. I recommend microwaving it for a little shorter then you think, since the brownie will keep cooking a little more after removed from the microwave.
- Eat the brownie warm with some vanilla ice cream, or let it cool down in the refrigerator for 5 min, then enjoy it with some vanilla ice cream. Both ways are amazing!
