Craving a brownie but do not feel like spending time on baking? Try this healthy oat brownie made in a mug, in the microwave.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ml baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a mug (or bowl), combine all the ingredients well.
  • Microwave for 30 – 50 seconds depending on how thick and moist you want your brownie to be. I recommend microwaving it for a little shorter then you think, since the brownie will keep cooking a little more after removed from the microwave.
  • Eat the brownie warm with some vanilla ice cream, or let it cool down in the refrigerator for 5 min, then enjoy it with some vanilla ice cream. Both ways are amazing!
