Scrambled Eggs with Tomato
Ingredients
- 0.5 tsp tomato paste1 tomato, chopped 2 tbsp water2 tbsp feta, scrambled oreganosaltpepper1 egg
- olive oil
- 3 tbsp yellow onion chopped
- 0.5 tsp tomato pasta
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
- oregano to taste
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a pan on medium high heat, add some olive.
- Sauté chopped onion for about 4 min.
- Add tomato paste and sauté for 1 min.
- Add chopped tomato and water and sauté for about 5 min while mushing the tomato.
- Add crumbled feta cheese and stir.
- Season with oregano, salt and black pepper.
- Add an egg and scramble it with the tomato.
- Serve with some bread.
