Ingredients

  •  0.5 tsp tomato paste1 tomato, chopped 2 tbsp water2 tbsp feta, scrambled oreganosaltpepper1 egg
  • olive oil
  • 3 tbsp yellow onion chopped
  • 0.5 tsp tomato pasta
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
  • oregano to taste
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • In a pan on medium high heat, add some olive.
  • Sauté chopped onion for about 4 min.
  • Add tomato paste and sauté for 1 min.
  • Add chopped tomato and water and sauté for about 5 min while mushing the tomato.
  • Add crumbled feta cheese and stir.
  • Season with oregano, salt and black pepper.
  • Add an egg and scramble it with the tomato.
  • Serve with some bread.
