Skagenröra
Ingredients
- 170 g peeled shrimps
- 1 tbsp lumpfish roe
- 50 g creme fraiche
- 30 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
- 0.5 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp dried dill
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press out the liquid from the peeled shrimps and chop the shrimps if they are big.
- Combine all the ingredients and season with salt and black pepper.
- Enjoy the skagenröra on some toasted bread or on a baked potato.
