Ingredients

  • 170 g peeled shrimps
  • 1 tbsp lumpfish roe
  • 50 g creme fraiche
  • 30 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp dried dill
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Press out the liquid from the peeled shrimps and chop the shrimps if they are big.
  • Combine all the ingredients and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Enjoy the skagenröra on some toasted bread or on a baked potato.
