Soft Overnight Bread Rolls
Ingredients
- 125 g water body temperature
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 ml salt
- 165 g all purpose flour
Instructions
- Add body temperature water in a bowl.
- Add dry yeast and stir until dissolved.
- Add salt and stir until dissolved.
- Add all purpose flour and combine using a spatula. There is no need to knead by hand.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest in the fridge overnight.
- Good morning! Preheat the oven to 250 C with the baking pan in the oven.
- On a floured parchment paper, "pour" out the sticky dough and divide into 3 equal pieces.
- Place a few ice cubes in the bottom of the oven (to create steam), lower the heat to 225 C and bake the bread for about 19 min.
- Let the bread cool down for a few minutes, then enjoy it with optional toppings.
