I created this recipe when I was craving bread and taco seasoning, but I wanted something different! It turned out delightful! I mean, freshly baked bread, creamy beans and guacamole, crispy fried egg and salsa, can't go wrong! Definitely making this recipe again soon!

50gall purpose flour
25gwater
Salsa
1 tbspcucumberfinely chopped
1tbsptomatoesfinely chopped
1tbspfeta cheesefinely chopped

2tbspavocado mashed
1tbspplain yoghurt

Instructions
Flatblead
Knead flour and water into a smooth dough, flatten it using a rolling pin, then cover it while preparing other toppings.
50 g all purpose flour, 25 g water
Salsa
Mix finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, parsley, corn and lime juice in a small bowl. Then season with salt and black pepper.
