In a bowl, combine oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, egg and honey.
Pour the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and combine well.
Fold in raising and chopped walnuts.
Let the dough chill in the fridge for 10 min.
Preheat the oven to 165 C, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form 12 balls with the dough, place them on the parchment paper and flatten them slightly.
Bake for 12 min.
Remove from oven and cool on the baking sheet for 15 min.
