Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Into a blender, add oats, milk, egg white, maple syrup, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt until smooth.
Pour the batter into a ramekin and add some chopped chocolate.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
TIPS: Top with some extra chopped chocolate halfway though if you want the chopped chocolate to stay on the surface.

Notes
Instead of an egg white, you can use 2 tbsp of mashed banana, 2 tbsp of apple sauce or 2 tbsp of plain yoghurt! If you decide to use a very ripe banana, you might want to reduce the amount of sweetener since bananas are naturally sweet.
If you want to save some time, try air frying the oats instead at 170C/338F for about 15 minutes, and you should end up with the same result taste wise.
