Lemon and White Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 0.75 dl oats
  • 0.75 dl milk
  • 2 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 0.5 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  • Into a blender add oats, milk, plain thick yoghurt, baking powder, vanilla sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Add poppy seeds and chopped chocolate and give it a stir.
  • Pour the batter into a ramekin and bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want to save some time, try air frying the oats instead at 170C/338F for about 15 minutes, and you should end up with the same result taste wise.
