Lemon and White Chocolate Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 0.75 dl oats
- 0.75 dl milk
- 2 tbsp plain thick yoghurt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
- 0.5 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp white chocolate chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Into a blender add oats, milk, plain thick yoghurt, baking powder, vanilla sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add poppy seeds and chopped chocolate and give it a stir.
- Pour the batter into a ramekin and bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- If you want to save some time, try air frying the oats instead at 170C/338F for about 15 minutes, and you should end up with the same result taste wise.
