plain thick yoghurt

maple syrup

matcha powder

milk
Instructions
Into a strong blender, add all the ingredients except milk, and blend until smooth.
Add milk a little at the time and blend, until you reach your desired consistency.
Less milk = Thick smoothie
More milk = Thin smoothie
