Spinach Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 dl spinach frozen, chopped
- 1 dl mango frozen, cubed
- 1/2 banana fresh or frozen
- 0.5 dl plain thick yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 0.5-2 dl milk
Instructions
- Into a strong blender, add all the ingredients except milk, and blend until smooth.
- Add milk a little at the time and blend, until you reach your desired consistency. Less milk = Thick smoothieMore milk = Thin smoothie
