Instructions
In a small bowl, combine chia seeds, oat flour, coconut milk, water, maple syrup, salt, chopped mango and chopped white chocolate.
Let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Enjoy the chia pudding as it is, or top it with some granola for crunch.
