Coconut Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 2-3 tbsp water depending on how thick you want the pudding to be
- 0.5-1 tbsp maple syrup depending on how sweet you want the pudding to be
- a pinch of salt
- 0.5 dl mango finely chopped
- 1 tbsp white chocolate chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine chia seeds, oat flour, coconut milk, water, maple syrup, salt, chopped mango and chopped white chocolate.
- Let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy the chia pudding as it is, or top it with some granola for crunch.
