Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Into a bowl, add flour, yoghurt and baking powder.
Mix with a spoon, and then use your hand to knead it into a dough. If the dough is toooo sticky, add some more flour.
Shape the dough into a bagel and place the bagel onto a parchment paper.
Optional: Brush the bagel with milk and sprinkle some everything bagel seasoning.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
If you have the time and patient, let the bagel cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
