This bread is a life saver when there is no bread at home and you need bread. It only requires 3 ingredients and 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 45 g all purpose flour more if needed
  • 80 g plain thick yoghurt
  • 2 ml baking powder
  • 1 tsp milk optional
  • everything bagel seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  • Into a bowl, add flour, yoghurt and baking powder.
  • Mix with a spoon, and then use your hand to knead it into a dough. If the dough is toooo sticky, add some more flour.
  • Shape the dough into a bagel and place the bagel onto a parchment paper.
  • Optional: Brush the bagel with milk and sprinkle some everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
  • If you have the time and patient, let the bagel cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
