3 Ingredient 30 minute bagel
Ingredients
- 45 g all purpose flour more if needed
- 80 g plain thick yoghurt
- 2 ml baking powder
- 1 tsp milk optional
- everything bagel seasoning optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Into a bowl, add flour, yoghurt and baking powder.
- Mix with a spoon, and then use your hand to knead it into a dough. If the dough is toooo sticky, add some more flour.
- Shape the dough into a bagel and place the bagel onto a parchment paper.
- Optional: Brush the bagel with milk and sprinkle some everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
- If you have the time and patient, let the bagel cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
