Semmelgröt (almond and cardamom oatmeal)

- 1 dl oats
- 2 dl water
- 0.5 ml cardamom
- a pinch of salt
Mandelmassa
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 date remove pit
- 0.5 tbsp warm
Other toppings
- milk frothed
- almonds chopped
- maple syrup
- cardamom
Into a bowl, add oats, water, cardamom and salt. Microwave for 30 seconds, then give it a stir. Repeat until thickened to your liking
Using a mortal, mash together almond flour, date and water into a paste. This is the “mandelmassa”.
Chop some almonds and froth some milk.
Transfer the oatmeal to your favourite bowl and top it with the frothed milk, maple syrup, the “mandelmassa” and chopped almonds.
