The night before, in a bowl combine oats, water, chia seeds, yoghurt, maple syrup and chopped mango. Let thicken in the fridge overnight, at least 8 hours.
In the morning, chop some more mango and make the coconut sauce. To make the coconut sauce, mix together coconut milk and maple syrup.
Transfer the oats to a new bowl (optional, but it makes it look prettier). Pour over the coconut sauce and garnish with the chopped mango and some grated white chocolate.
