Healthier chocolate chip cookies with oat flour

Ingredients

  • 2 dl oat flour (about 3 dl unmixed oats)
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla suger
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut suger
  • 1 tbsp light syrup
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp chopped chocolate and nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 195 degree celsius.
  • Mix oat flour, baking powder, vanilla suger, coconut suger and salt in a bowl.
    2 dl oat flour, 0.5 tsp baking powder, 3 tbsp coconut suger, 0.5 tsp vanilla suger
  • Add syrup, melted coconut oil and milk and combine all the ingredients.
    1 tbsp light syrup, 1.5 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp milk
  • Add chopped chocolate and nuts.
    4 tbsp chopped chocolate and nuts
  • Make 9 balls and place them on baking paper, then flatten them out a little bit.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 9 minutes.
  • Take them out and let them harden on the tray for 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy the cookies with a cup of milk!
