Healthier chocolate chip cookies with oat flour
Ingredients
- 2 dl oat flour (about 3 dl unmixed oats)
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp vanilla suger
- pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp coconut suger
- 1 tbsp light syrup
- 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp chopped chocolate and nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 195 degree celsius.
- Mix oat flour, baking powder, vanilla suger, coconut suger and salt in a bowl.2 dl oat flour, 0.5 tsp baking powder, 3 tbsp coconut suger, 0.5 tsp vanilla suger
- Add syrup, melted coconut oil and milk and combine all the ingredients.1 tbsp light syrup, 1.5 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp milk
- Add chopped chocolate and nuts.4 tbsp chopped chocolate and nuts
- Make 9 balls and place them on baking paper, then flatten them out a little bit.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 9 minutes.
- Take them out and let them harden on the tray for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy the cookies with a cup of milk!
