Chop yellow onion, mince garlic, and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
1 tbsp yellow onion, 1 clove of garlic, 7 cherry tomatoes
Heal olive oil in a small pan on medium high heat.

Sauté onion until it has gotten some color, but do not burn it. About 2 min.
Add garlic and sauté for another 1 min.
Add tomato paste and sauté for another 1 min.

Add tomatoes and water. Mush the tomates a little bit with a spatula. Cook until the tomatoes has become soft.

Add cream cheese and spinach and stir. Cook until spinach has shrunken.
0.5 tbsp cream cheese, 1 dl spinach
Add the beans and cook for about 5 min.
1 dl cooked butter beans
Season with salt and black pepper.
Serve, top with sesame seeds and pesto, och eat with bread.
