In a bowl, combine granulated sugar brown sugar, salt, and melted butter into a paste.
100 g granulated suger, 165 g brown suger, 1 tsp salt, 105 g unsalted butter
Add egg and vanilla and mix well.

Add flour and baking powder, and fold the mixture with a spatula, do not to overmix.
155 g all purpose flour, 0.5 tsp baking powder
Fold in the chocolate chunks, then chill the dough for 30 min or longer.
90 g milk chocolate, 90 g dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Scoop about 1.5 tbsp of the dough onto the parchment paper, leaving at least 10 cm of space between all the cookies so that they can spread.
Bake for 12 min.
Take the cookies out from the oven and let them cool down completely on the baking sheet before serving.
