Crispy and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
These chocolate chip cookies are thin, crispy and chewy, and has a taste of caramel. The best kind of cookies!
Crispy and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 100 g granulated suger
- 165 g brown suger
- 1 tsp salt
- 105 g unsalted butter melted
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 155 g all purpose flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 90 g milk chocolate chunks
- 90 g dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine granulated sugar brown sugar, salt, and melted butter into a paste.100 g granulated suger, 165 g brown suger, 1 tsp salt, 105 g unsalted butter
- Add egg and vanilla and mix well.1 egg, 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- Add flour and baking powder, and fold the mixture with a spatula, do not to overmix.155 g all purpose flour, 0.5 tsp baking powder
- Fold in the chocolate chunks, then chill the dough for 30 min or longer.90 g milk chocolate, 90 g dark chocolate
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Scoop about 1.5 tbsp of the dough onto the parchment paper, leaving at least 10 cm of space between all the cookies so that they can spread.
- Bake for 12 min.
- Take the cookies out from the oven and let them cool down completely on the baking sheet before serving.
