Ingredients

  • 100 g granulated suger
  • 165 g brown suger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 105 g unsalted butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 155 g all purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 90 g milk chocolate chunks
  • 90 g dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine granulated sugar brown sugar, salt, and melted butter into a paste.
    100 g granulated suger, 165 g brown suger, 1 tsp salt, 105 g unsalted butter
  • Add egg and vanilla and mix well.

  • Add flour and baking powder, and fold the mixture with a spatula, do not to overmix.
    155 g all purpose flour, 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • Fold in the chocolate chunks, then chill the dough for 30 min or longer.
    90 g milk chocolate, 90 g dark chocolate
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Scoop about 1.5 tbsp of the dough onto the parchment paper, leaving at least 10 cm of space between all the cookies so that they can spread.
  • Bake for 12 min.
  • Take the cookies out from the oven and let them cool down completely on the baking sheet before serving.
