Cut pork into bite size pieces, chop onion and slice mushrooms.
400 g pork tenderloin, 1 yellow onion, 200 g mushroom
Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan on high heat
1 tsp butter, 1 tsp olive oil
Cook pork until browned on both sides, then remove the pork from the pan. The pork will be cooked again in the sauce.
In the same pan, sauté onion and mushroom for 8 min or until softened.
Add tomato paste and sauté 1 min.

Add cream, milk and bullion and let come to a simmer.
1 dl cream, 3 dl milk, 1 bullion
Season with soy sauce, dijon mustard, salt and black pepper.

Pour a few tbsp of the sauce in a small bowl, add cornstarch and mix until the cornstarch is dissolved in the sauce.

Pour the mixture back to the pan and let the sauce thicken.
Add the pork and cook until cooked through.
Serve with rice or potatoes and salad.
