Pork Tenderlion and Mushroom in Creamy Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 yellow onion
- 200 g mushroom
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 dl cream
- 3 dl milk
- 1 bullion of choice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Cut pork into bite size pieces, chop onion and slice mushrooms.400 g pork tenderloin, 1 yellow onion, 200 g mushroom
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan on high heat1 tsp butter, 1 tsp olive oil
- Cook pork until browned on both sides, then remove the pork from the pan. The pork will be cooked again in the sauce.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and mushroom for 8 min or until softened.
- Add tomato paste and sauté 1 min.2 tsp tomato paste
- Add cream, milk and bullion and let come to a simmer.1 dl cream, 3 dl milk, 1 bullion
- Season with soy sauce, dijon mustard, salt and black pepper.2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Pour a few tbsp of the sauce in a small bowl, add cornstarch and mix until the cornstarch is dissolved in the sauce.2 tsp cornstarch
- Pour the mixture back to the pan and let the sauce thicken.
- Add the pork and cook until cooked through.
- Serve with rice or potatoes and salad.
