Ingredients

  • 2 dl tahini
  • 1 dl maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dl cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • few pinches of salt
  • 1 dl chocolate chopped
  • 1 dl walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175 C and line an 18 x 18 cm brownie pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Add cocoa powder, baking powder, brown cane sugar and salt and combine using a spatula.
  • Fold in the chopped chocolate and chopped walnuts using a spatula.
  • Bake for 22 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool down completely in the brownie pan.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy with some vanilla ice cream.
